Bienvenidos a Puerto Rico

ResortWe recently hosted a returning client program on yet a different Caribbean island this year.   Sun and sand, luxury accommodation, exceptional service, gourmet cuisine and unique experiences are the mandates each year.  Finding something different, and topping the previous year’s experience, is our welcome challenge.  So we said hola to Puerto Rico this year!    No one was disappointed as the group’s high standards were met with ease.  The comfortably paced agenda included private helicopter rides for two, right from the hotel’s own helipad, as everyone was treated to a bird’s eye view of the island as they soared over the beautiful east coast.   Dinners each night were memorable but perhaps the dining highlight of the week was the trip into Old San Juan to Marmalade– one of the most acclaimed restaurants on the island.  Chef Peter Schintler, who apprenticed with Raymond Blanc and Gordon Ramsay is the chef-owner and paid our table a personal visit as the fifteen course journey was savoured. What to do next year?
