Sint Maarten; not to be confused with St. Martin

AzulWe recently had a group to the Dutch side of this small Caribbean island shared by the Kingdom of the Netherlands and France. Natural landscapes span lagoons, beaches and salt pans, while the capital, Philipsburg, has cobblestone streets and colorful, colonial-style buildings lining its Front Street shopping area. Sunsets are spectacular! While the group was on-island they took advantage of the great water opportunities available. One day each attendee captained their own Zodiac to a special snorkelling stop and another; travelled on a high speed ferry to the nearby island of Anguilla for a day’s getaway.
Geweldige reis! (great trip)
